Delivery Policy and Postage Prices

We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, subject to stock levels. All quoted dispatch and delivery times are estimates unless sent by a guaranteed service and are based on standard working days i.e. Monday - Friday.

United Kingdom Deliveries:

We offer delivery for all United Kingdom and Channel Islands orders using a standard delivery service for £2.50 (2-4 working days) for orders under £50, free delivery for orders above £50.

For express orders we charge £5 (1-3 working days)

In the UK we offer free 60 day returns for exchanges or refunds.

Delivery to All Other Countries:

A modest delivery cost is charged, this is displayed at checkout before your are required to purchase.

How to return your order:

If you purchased your item in the UK or channel islands at walkinpitas.net go to your account at account.walkinpitas.net and enter the email address you bought the item with. You will be able to request your return from there.

Please put the packing slip with the shoes and mention on it whether you would like a larger/smaller size or a refund.

Repackage the item in the original packaging.

Take your item to any Post Office or request a collection and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.

Remember to repackage the shoes securely in their original box and package the box in a bag or secondary box for return and put the packing slip with the shoes noting on it what you would like.

Please note we are not liable for any parcel which is damaged or lost in transit when being returned.

The shoes must be returned in as new condition, in the original packaging and with labels intact.
