United Kingdom Deliveries:

We offer delivery for all United Kingdom orders using a standard delivery service for £2.50 (2-4 working days) for orders under £50, free delivery for orders above £50.

For express orders we charge £5 (1-3 working days)

In the UK we offer free 60 day returns for exchanges or refunds.

How to return your order:

Please put the packing slip with the shoes and mention on it whether you would like a larger/smaller size or a refund.

Repackage the item in the original packaging. Create your freepost return label at

Take your item to any Post Office or request a collection and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.

Remember to repackage the shoes securely in their original box and package the box in a bag or secondary box for return and put the packing slip with the shoes noting on it what you would like.

Please note we are not liable for any parcel which is damaged or lost in transit when being returned.

The shoes must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with labels intact

Channel Islands:

£4.00 on all orders using tracked delivery service.

Ireland Deliveries:

£5 flat charge for all orders using tracked delivery service.

Deliveries to countries in Europe:

£5 for all orders  using Royal Mail tracked delivery service.

United States of America:

£10 per order up to £120 , £15 per order above £120 using Royal Mail tracked delivery service.

Australia:

£15 for orders up to £120 and £25 for order over £120 using Royal Mail tracked delivery service.

Deliveries to other countries in the rest of the world:

STYLES: WP150 WALLABEES AND BOATIES (CANVAS, FLAG, FLY-WASHED AND KNIT)

1. These styles can be washed in the washing machine. Remove the insole if it is removable before washing.
2. Use a cold, short program or a program for delicate garments.
3. Please note that the canvas is dyed, so it may lose a little colour on contact with water.
4. Let them dry in the shade so they do not lose colour in the sun.
5. You can put newspaper inside them to absorb moisture and help your shoes retain their shape.

STYLES: EVA, SARA, TANIA AND MARCO

1. These styles can be washed in the washing machine. Remove the insole if it is removable before washing.

THESE STYLES SHOULD NOT BE WASHED IN A WASHING MACHINE DUE TO THE JUTE STRIP THAT COVERS ITS SOLE.

2. Remove the laces, take a sponge or brush and wet it in a mixture of warm water and neutral soap, clean only the fabric.
3. Make sure that the jute band does not get wet.
