Very comfortable shoes. Buy a size bigger I’m a size 10 and a half but size 12 is a perfect fit. I’ve been wearing these shoes without sock when it was minus 5 outside and my feet didn’t get cold I’ve not been out in the rain with them so I can’t comment on their waterproofness. Anyway these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Just make sure to order larger size.

Repackage the item in the original packaging.
Take your item to any Post Office or request a collection and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.

Remember to repackage the shoes securely in their original box and package the box in a bag or secondary box for return and put the packing slip with the shoes noting on it what you would like.

- Use a cold, short program or a program for delicate garments.
- Please note that the canvas is dyed, so it may lose a little colour on contact with water.
- Let them dry in the shade so they do not lose colour in the sun.
- You can put newspaper inside them to absorb moisture and help your shoes retain their shape.
STYLES: EVA, SARA, TANIA AND MARCO
- These styles can be washed in the washing machine. Remove the insole if it is removable before washing.

THESE STYLES SHOULD NOT BE WASHED IN A WASHING MACHINE DUE TO THE JUTE STRIP THAT COVERS ITS SOLE.
- To clean them follow these steps:
- Remove the laces, take a sponge or brush and wet it in a mixture of warm water and neutral soap, clean only the fabric.
- Make sure that the jute band does not get wet.
- You should bear in mind that the canvas is dyed, so it can lose a little colour when in contact with water.
- Let them dry in the shade so they do not lose colour in the sun.
- You can put newspaper inside them to absorb moisture and help your shoes retain their shape.
