Delivery policy:
We aim to process your order within one day of the receipt of your order.
United Kingdom and Channel Islands Deliveries:
We will deliver orders over £50 with no delivery charge and orders below £50 with a £2.50 delivery charge.
Deliveries to other countries:

The Use of Discount Codes:
If you have used a code at checkout offering a second pair of shoes at a discount, should you return a pair you will be charged full price for the pair you keep.
Gifts:
Should you receive a gift with your shoes and your return the shoes for a refund, if you do not return the gift you will be charged for it at the price on walkinpitas.net
Returns:
We hope you’ll love your new products from walkinpitas.net. However, if you are not 100% satisfied an exchange or refund couldn’t be easier!
Exchanges:
We will dispatch your replacement as quickly as possible once your return has been received, but please allow for delays during busy periods. Exchanges are free in the UK and Channel Islands.
All exchanged items will be dispatched using a standard delivery service.
When an initial order is exchanged more than once, we reserve the right to charge a £5 fee for each exchange after the initial free exchange.
For returned orders from outside of the UK and channel islands, we will refund orders returned in as new condition but we will not exchange. An alternative size or style can be purchased at walkinpitas.net
Refunds:
We aim to refund you within seven days of receipt of your parcel which will be completed via your original payment method. Please bear in mind that there may be delays during busy periods.
Provided that:
- You notify us within 60 days of receipt of the parcel.
- You return the parcel within 60 days of receipt of the parcel.
- The product is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with labels intact.
For refunds, a restocking fee of 5% of the returned items value will be deducted from your refund. This is to contribute towards the costs of administrating, restocking and refunding your purchase.

Enter the email you used to purchase your Pitas and a record of your order will appear.
Please make a note of whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Faulty items:
If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us at info@divinedayz.com as soon as possible to discuss the problem and the return.
Please return in a reasonable time in a clean and dry condition where possible.
Please enclose a covering note to explain the problem and your order number where possible and we will arrange to return your reasonable postage costs.
Items sent out incorrectly:
If an item has been sent out to you incorrectly, please inform our customer services team at info@divinedayz.com as soon as possible. They’ll be happy to help resolve the matter.
The item must not be used and should be returned to us in perfect condition.
We offer customers the option of an exchange, providing the price of the item is the same or less than the one originally purchased otherwise a refund will take place. We will not charge you any extra for the exchanged shoes to be sent to you via our Standard Delivery service.
Refunds can only be made to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been delivered to us.
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations:
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.

Law and jurisdiction
